Oh, I had to reply to this comment first. Please don't cry! In this fic, Jaejoong isn't angry that Yunho refused to leave; he's angry at Yunho because, even when the group was together, he never took a chance at being with him. He just sort of exploded here. =(
When he says "us" he doesn't mean TVXQ; he just means Yunho and himself. Jae thought maybe he'd have more freedom to be with Yunho if they left and he got his hopes dashed. "You never took me seriously"; he's referring to his emotions and feelings toward Yunho.
