Summary: Junsu helps Yunho to believe. Day 1 of Ho!Ho!ShinKi
Warning: A bit church-y, but nothing too blasphemous and or preachy. It just takes place in a church
Disclaimer: If I owned them, we'd all be getting a reunion concert for Christmas.
He is beautiful.
The thought startles Yunho so much that he flinches and self-consciously looks around the crowded congregation just to remind himself that no one can read his mind.
For all the bullying the Dong Bang boys give Junsu, they do agree on one thing: He is absolutely radiant when he sings. When it's pop he crooning to, he oozes confidence and sex appeal, but when he sings praise, he is simply ethereal.
And as Yunho sits alone in the crowded pew, a fidgety 5-year-old girl on one side and an overweight ajusshi on the other, he wonders why they've never seen this Junsu before.
This Junsu is practically glowing in the front of the church as he sings songs of a guiding star and a child's birth. The nave is dark; a midnight service means no sunlight streaming through the church's beautiful stained glass windows. The only light comes from the dozens of candles surrounding the alter.
Junsu's face is bright and flawless in the flickering warmth, and the tiny blazes reflect softly off his shiny black hair. Yunho can't see the light in Junsu's eyes, but it doesn't matter. Those dark orbs are bright enough to illuminate the whole church if they needed to.
However, Junsu's physical beauty isn't what's drawing every soul in the church; it's the passion and emotion in his voice. His hymns evoke the hope of the season and even Yunho—practical, rational, skeptical Yunho—can feel his spirit responding to Junsu's song.
As he rises with the rest of the congregation, swept up in the awesomeness and power of his dongsaeng's voice, Yunho realizes he's glad he's the only one of their groupmates to give into the singer's pleas to accompany him to the service. This Junsu is powerful. This Junsu is special. And Yunho wants to keep this Junsu—this divine, angelic Junsu—all for himself.

About your A/N I couldn't agree with you more. There is something enchanting about the way Junsu sings, it seriously makes me forget the others are around, as horrible as it sounds. His voice is heavenly and I could only imagine how beautiful it would be singing church hymns.
Thank you!
