“Does it still hurt?”
“Shut up.”
“I’m just curious. Has it affected your ability to … you know … stand up?”
“Joongie,” Yunho whined. The singer giggled into the phone. Yunho decided he hated him.
“My poor baby.”
“Are you talking about me or it?”
“Both.”
Yunho fell back onto his bed and fought the urge to hide his face in a pillow. Truth was, the pain in his groin had lessened but his embarrassment was still raging at full strength.
“Don’t make fun, Jaejoong-ah. I nearly cried from the pain.”
“I almost cried myself just watching,” Jaejoong admitted.
“You watched?”
The older man sighed into the phone. “You have to ask? I watched you on TV and on all the links fans sent me on Twitter. Heat and ice should help. At least, it helped Junsu.”
“Thank you. I’ve gotten through the worst of it, though.”
Jaejoong gave a soft chuckle. Yunho closed his eyes and tried to relax. The dull ache in his groin was easier to ignore now that he had Jaejoong to concentrate on. He could hear the other man hum as he puttered around his apartment, annoying his cat and chewing on some crunchy snack. Calling just to listen in on each other’s lives was something they did often nowadays; it was less risky than trying to sneak away to spend the evening together.
“So,” Jaejoong started again. “You never answered my question. Any trouble getting it up?”
Yunho flushed. “I haven’t really had the opportunity to check.”
“Ah.” Jaejoong nearly purred the syllable. “Well, I can help if you want. I could come by and massage the pain away, maybe?”
“You can’t come by; Changmin’s here. And most of the pain is gone.”
“Oh.” The younger man could picture Jaejoong biting his lip in embarrassment. For all his sex appeal, the singer was endearingly bashful when it came to making moves toward Jung Yunho.
“But, I can come by your place if you want. And I’ll take the massage anyway.”
Jaejoong’s breathy laugh caused something to melt in Yunho’s chest.
“Okay. Sure you’re fit enough to make the trip?”
Yunho smiled. “I’m always fit enough to get to you.”
